ignore list oddities

I keep finding random people I never added to my ignore list keep popping up as ignored, yet every time I try to take them off the ignore list in every possible way, it does nothing.

Hell when I check my profile to see if there are any people on ignore, it lists no one.

    If it's just Kuribo's Shoe on your ignore list, it's because he hit 100,000 posts (thread here). He can't be removed from users' ignore lists by design.
