Hey turns out the way valve balance is to start out overpowered and then work downwards.
This normally works except in the case of the backburner, where they just overnerfed it, and then stopped caring. Because they literally hate pyros.

And I don't even really play pyro anymore. I mean when I get tired of exploding in one shot to the two people that are good with the DH, I might go pyro. I go pyro and reflect them and still don't get the fucking reflect icon. Then I go back to scout and assassinate medics. Buff the Bonk!
I, from a pyro who doesn't use the leafblower, hate the DH. It not only does huge damage to me, it's much easier to hit with when I'm in range to actually hurt them!
if there is any recipe they should've added, it would be hat + class token = hat of that class. If they did it probably requires more metal than I have - so far I have only tried it with one refined metal.
Also it's basically exactly like running in and out to spam baseballs or jarate. Only instead of getting free rages you get free healths and ammos. Which the other two classes also get.

Lots of people have been getting bsods after the latest patch. 100% of which have play time as pyro.
Try resetting your stats and never playing pyro, then you won't bsod.

Saw that in the patch notes, bad for defense on Dustbowl and Goldrush I guess.
Prevents soldiers from sitting at spawn to build up what is essentially a kritzkrieg for everybody in range.
you can't build it at spawn really
