I plugged a computer I strongly suspected of being infected with a virus into our network in order to download anti-malware software. All of a sudden, our e-mails start getting rejected everywhere. By the time I knew this, the computer was already clean, but I had to request de-blacklisting on a dozen different services, and we had a fucking bitch of a day.
All on my first day back at work after vacation.

One of my degus aint doing too well and my mom took her to the vet today, got some antibiotics to feed her. I'm finding it hard to try and relaxe and play some games at the moment.

Cesar Milan stresses dominance over everything else, and it is very rarely singularly dominance that leads to difficulty between an dog and it's owner.
Apparently one side of her mouth got swollen so I guess that resulted in her not chewing the wood/metal in the cage a lot which resulted in her teeth growing too big so she cant eat. They dont know why its swollen and guessing its an infection so the antibiotics hopefully takes the swelling away so they can trim the teeth down and she can start eating again.

If it makes you feel any better, my sister's puppy got near terminally sick after we took him to the vet for a regular check up when he was around a year old. After proper medication he's still an irritatingly hyper fucker today! I'm sure she'll be fine.
Yeah, well, that one wasn't totally on me; the guys who set up our network should have prevented the firewall from allowing e-mails other than the ones sent from the Exchange server.
In the meantime, I am never taking a shortcut again. Or, at least, for another four or five years, until I forget that, and then get fucked again.

So how's Rogue Trader Than? I shelled out for Dark heresy but I don't have the monies. Does it give a lot of info on Imperial way of life? I know that RT's have it "better" than most people (they have charters) because they can go where they want.

I'm aware. My job involves a lot more than IT, though, and sandboxing is a pain in the ass relative to just plugging it in and downloading the shit you need. I was Alannis-Morrisette-ironically trying to save time.

We played one combat with pre-fab characters a couple weeks ago. It wasn't bad. We start this week.
There isn't a ton of fluff; I think they assume you go in knowing a lot already. There's some info about the Navigator houses and Astropaths and stuff, though. My character is a fucking badass, though I'm not sure whether I want him to have subdermal armor or a good-quality Power Fist.
