I doubt 'I've seen this person on the internets' would be a good reference (plus I already have 2 letters from professors). Does he work on the Hill? Because I wouldn't mind finding out what the odds are of me actually getting the thing. Like, if they get flooded with applications or some districts barely have enough to get their coffee made.
