Sheraton - Disable Hotel mode on the LG TVs

The LG TVs in the Sheraton hotel rooms are in hotel mode and the inputs are disabled. Some Google searching isn't turning up a viable override. Anyone know how to override this to switch inputs?

LG 37LC5DCB

Menu for 5-seconds and 1105 not working, nor is pressing Menu on the remote and the TV at the same time.

We have a 360 to hook up!

Fastest thing to do is talk to the guest services manager. Hotels are in the customer service business, I've gotten a few inputs enabled over the years. Also, if you have a VCR/DVD usually the secondary inputs don't get touched.

I was at a resort for a week once where the flat-panel TV had a small phone-jack cable running into the back of it that forced it into their system - unplugging it disabled the hotel system, allowed us to plug in our consoles and didn't set off any alarm bells as far as I could tell - we had it unplugged nearly the entire time, only plugging it back in to watch TV now and then.

Note that a) I don't remember the brand of the TV, b) I don't know if your system works the same way, and c) I don't know if this will raise any red flags, so YMMV, and standard disclaimers apply.

You are my savior sir. This worked completely with the input buttons on the side. Though HDTV mode doesn't seem to work. At least there's something.

Glad to be of assistance... and that my 20 minutes of debate with friends over whether or not pulling the plug would get us thrown out was your gain ;-)
