I'm thinking of finally buying a ps3 soon and this is 20% of the reason why
I hope it's fun
the story levels are fantastic. And then you beat it and realize other people have made levels that are on par with them!
More importantly than that, for the right mindset, creating levels is just fun. If you liked playing with legos as a kid then you should get the same kind of enjoyment out of the creator. And if you didn't, you're not really a person anyway so whatever.

As an added bonus, playing with the LBP creator has made it much easier for me to wrap my head around the intro to programming logic class I'm taking right now.

Speed, you were the one who made that Gutsman level, right?
That was fun.
Yeah I did. Later I used some similar ideas to make a Mega Man-inspired level. It's not a direct copy of any level, just trying to mimic the feel of it. It's Pixeland Adventures Level 2-2 if you're interested. It can be a little buggy though.
Marsh is the one who created the thundercloud miniboss sprite for me!
