My brethren call to me

So this property on a small island just off the west coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia is called Sea Otter Island and it's for sale. Now, to be clear the island is actually called Nuchatlitz Island but the dude that owns this parcel of land has called the property sea otter island because it's in a pretty wild place surrounded by lots of wild coastal waters and woods including plenty of sea otters.

Clearly I was meant to live here.

So just, you know, paypal me some money so I can buy this place and be sure to include enough to cover living expenses for the next 30 years or so. Thanks, I appreciate it.

    I was referring to the $295k for the house personally. It's a cute house with a gorgeous view, I'd need to upgrade some things inside but overall it's nice.

    property values are going to be much higher in a desirable neighborhood in a major city
