We're cherry-picking here. No huge lists to pour over... just list the recent deals you found!
I noted that the perpetual Target clearance sections thinned out and dissapeared over the holidays. They're back!
My first PC finds:
Quake 4 (PC) for $7.49
Tomb Raider Legends (PC) for $7.49
Super Taxi (PC) for $6.XX (DEFINITELY a Crazy Taxi rip off but it seems interesting so I thought I'd mention it)
And some others:
Tony Hawk's Project 8 Special Edition w/ skateboard (PS2) $45 (confirmed by myself and Caswynben)
Collector's Zelda Twilight Princess Master Sword replica + Hylian Shield replica + Soundtrack $19.99
Target clearances range all over the place depending on the store's clearance schedule, so you may find it higher, you may find it lower. If it's higher, be sure to shift what you want to the back of the clearance stack and check back.
BTW: If anyone finds
Gun (PC, Neversoft) for cheap, let me know. I missed it when the clearance items last dissapeared.
I found a single copy of each of these at Big Lots for $6 each:
Myst IV (PC/Mac DVD)
Myst V (PC CD)
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory (PC DVD!)
thirteen/XII (PC CD)
What was weird was that these were the huge boxes like old PC games. Splinter Cell CT has always been either multi-disc CD in a mini box or DVD + bonus disc in a Collector's tin. This is WEIRD.
Best Buy has had some PC price drops too:
Prey seems to have dropped everywhere, but after Gamer's Gift Card Coupon, it and others are now cheapest at Best Buy... Collector's Edition too.
Prey Collector's Edition (PC) $15 AC
Prey (PC) $15 AC
SiN Episodes EP1 Emergence (PC, Includes SiN) $10
Flatout 2 (PC) $15 AC
Condemned Criminal Origins (PC) $15 AC
Onimusha 3 (PC) $10
One store even gave me the Prey preorder bonus for $0.01 but all of them dissapeared from the shelves after that and I never saw it at another Best Buy.
EB Games:
Half-Life 2 PC Official Guide Book $3.99Note to newcommers: Just about everything until my post on page 3 is about Target. They were made before expanding the scope of the thread.

Got you beat, 7.98 at my target, recently dropped from 14.
IMHO, the best way to stay on top of these is to subscribe to the Target Clearance thread over at Cheapassgamers. I get a daily update in my e-mail which tells me all I need to know about which games have dropped and will probably be at my store in a day or so.
Oh well, there's a ton of clearance out there, most recently I nabbed the PS2 Taiko Drum game for $7.
Wii U - 'Nocero'
XBox ID - therealmasume
PS4 ID - realmasume
Deus Ex Invisible War: 3.99
Project Snowblind: 9.99
Phantom Dust 4.99
I also saw a copy of ZOE 2 used for 39.99 and was really tempted, but held off. Apparently I have a fairly decent Gamestop right down the street from me... who knew?
Check blockbuster, I picked up a used copy of ZOE 2 for 7.99 there about a month ago. They were clearing out used copies.
Those prices have been in place for a few months now.
Don't give into their "rare" used game scam though. The only reason they even have used ZoE2 is because Games Quest Direct did a full reprint of them that are physically identical in every way (except for some having an ad for a more recent game on the back cover of their manual). Gamestop is one of their biggest buyers. They get the games sealed, then open them up and sell them used so they can charge higher than MSRP while maintaing a perception of obscurity for the product and also not having to bother bringing back old/non-existent SKUs for new product they no longer carry.
If you're willing to pay $39.99 for a used copy of ZoE2 just cough up the shipping and get a brand new one:

I just called our Target, and they said they only had like 4 games on clearance. No Quake 4 or anything exciting, really.
Nothing on clearence over here yet (I count anything below $20 as clearence).
Tomb Raider Legends for $10 already? I need to find your Target store.
I'm really starting to hate retial in my area, there just too many dang deal scrapers in phoenix/scottsdale.
:P
Oh btw Dreamfall for $14 (PC) comes perhaps pack in with extra Starforce fun!
Persona 2 was another one they did that with. When I first saw it I was all "Holy shit, didn't expect to see that there!"
And then I saw 5 more copies, all mint, in the bin. Sure guys.
What? I bought it new at GS/EB for $20. When did Z.O.E. 2 get so expensive?
Pokeymanz: 0002-2940-9674
Got Dreamfall for $7.48 at Target this morning.
PSN ID : Xander51 Steam ID : Xander51
What? This game is rare? Then I got a good deal when I paid $9.60 for a good condition copy at a pawn shop?
Sadly, it ain't that cheap over here.
That includes any SNES game. Any. Earthbound for $1.99
Fuck. They've probably already been picked over. Goddamn you work.
Switch: 6200-8149-0919 / Wii U: maximumzero / 3DS: 0860-3352-3335 / eBay Shop
Anyway, that soundtrack is missing the Ordon Village track (track 2) from the Nintendo Power USA-manufactured soundtrack (7 tracks total vs. 6 tracks). It's also manufactured in China. :v: Even though the art is almost identical, it lacks the Nintendo Power logo anywhere.
There are clearance sections hidden throughout the store. Look on endcaps facing walls or ask employees for the clearance sections that have what you want.
I did too. Unfortunately, I already paid $24.99 after-coupon for it at Best Buy even though I hadn't opened it yet and I was outside of the return period. Even more unfortunately, after I bought a couple $13.96 copies at Target to give as gifts, they donated the rest to Goodwill where they sold for $4.00. I bought one of those and returned it with the only Target receipt I could still find.
Wii U - 'Nocero'
XBox ID - therealmasume
PS4 ID - realmasume
I watched my nephew and co. play the copy I gave them. "Crazy!" they say. They LOVE it.
Also Zoo Keeper for the DS is $10.48. Is that worth it?
We had Gunstar Super Heroes for $4.98 three weeks ago on clearance, I really think I should have bought that..
I'm almost certain that was only the European version.
I'll say one thing for Gamestop—they actually make me appreciate Best Buy.
Does anyone know about this? I've been thinking about picking this up(and I will for $7), but not if it has Starforce.

i beat it already, but 7.xx for tomb raider would totally be worth it.
Tomb Raider and Quake 4 are PC. I agree that would be worth it but I'd have to dust off the mighty gaming rig out of the closet to play it. :P There is also a lot of PS2/XBOX/GC/GBA clearance at my store too.
edit: Now that i think about it, its been a long time since I went, gotta get in there!
There really is no rhyme or reason as to which games drop or when, and targets are not consistent across the company as to when they drop their games, but usually they occur in the same week. So if someone in a NY store finds x game for y dollars, good chance that it will be that price at a target in Oregon within a week or so.
As I've said before, watch the Target Clearance thread on CAG for the most tracked sightings of clearance games at target, and get a habit of checking yourself once a week. In the last several months, I've picked up Tales of Phantasia, Odama, Prince of Persia 3 (xbox), Dreamfall, and I've seen Empire Earth collection, Ninja Gaiden Black, and DOA Ultimate for 14.99 or less before they are picked up or disappear.
Origin is the exact same as my Steam, in case you're needing a Support or Assault in BF3.
I know how it works, but Target made a concerted effort to get rid of clearance sections fot the later part of the holiday season. They just returned, so I thought I'd reference it like a more typical retailer.
They are, I think, discounted three times before they are donated. Something like 15%, 50%, 75%, then *poof*. Gone. I know it's tiered similarly. If you find something that is supposed to be donated, the price checker will read "$0.01" or "0.00" but they will not sell it to you for that. They will look up the previous orice in the system and sell it for that instead.
