I was once aggressively approached in the parking lot of McDonald's by a strange man asking me to workout with him, and upon polite refusal insisted I talk about working out. Repeated denial and blocking attempts of me trying to get around him.
18 months later, I'm working at Academy and this same man accosts me in the boat cover aisle in the Hunting & Fishing department.
The conversation goes pretty much like the other one. If I ever go AWOL, I hope this leaves some clues.

I'm sorry Bugboy. I idn't do too well on my Japanese final.
And the math final tomorrow? Sweet troll Jegus. If I do badly I will have to repeat the class. If I do well my parents will call of my gap year and then I will have to apply this year and I haven't any plans at all.

Welp school thread, the community college nearby just opened up their class sign ups this morning at 12am.
I was there waiting and my schedule is Tuesday, Thursday from 8am-4:45pm.
I just want to know if anybody here thinks it'd be worth it to pay $72 to take a CLEP placement exam to test out of beginning Spanish. I took 3 years in high school, and though it's been a while I can recall some of the important stuff like conjugating.
Besides the perk of instant credits I also get to change my schedule to 8am-3:15 since the beginner Spanish class is 2 hours and the Intermediate is only 1 hour.

i think the clep is cheap enough to take a gamble and see if you don't need the class, and you probably got like a week before you can drop, right?

That's a good point actually.
Better to take the clep and just stay in my class until I know what my score is.
that's what I did for English, except texas state doesn't believe in letting you know you passed, so you have to call them two weeks after the last refund drop date has passed
and then get to drop the class, where it counts towards the 6 drop limit

It was probably an oversight from both of them. She should've asked if they accepted it, but they also should have told her they didn't without her asking.
And no, she's taking it at the same community college. Only this time she has the college's acceptance.

So for my exam on Tuesday, I had only been able to start studying for it the night before, and stayed up until 3 doing it. Ended up only getting 3 hours sleep.
Final Ancient Greece exam, worth 45%.
Somehow, I feel like I did really well in it, even though one of the two essay questions I had prepared for ended up being really different, and I changed the other one I was doing at the last minute that morning.
Just breezed through writing the exams, wrote one damn fine gobbet, and did the multiple choice in 30 seconds as the clock ticked down.
Then afterwards I ate delicious celebratory pizza with two lovely ladies.

You will ace the tests, and we will celebrate together.
Or you will fail them, and I will stop acknowledging your existence. Your choice!
