Well, an eldritch abomination would just be totally out of place considering it's never set up anywhere in the plot. Although yeah, maybe a second, bigger eggman-mech would be acceptable.

The DS version has a secret boss I think.
In the DS version, the final boss is a nega-wsip version of the mother wisp (not in the wii version), which you of course fight as super sonic.
