    Guile is predictable but his moves/etc are so solid that it doesn't matter.

    Not only was that epic, that shit was educational. Two character's I really love in the hands of total experts, crazy awesome.

    I was rooting for JuiceBox myself, and it was really cool to see him go so far, I think he's nuts but pretty cool. I don't know about his whole winning EVO comment, atleast this year, but I admire his confidence. I admire Alex Valle's confidence too, but man IMO he was abit salty there with the comments about DL'ing Marn's other chracters and whatnot. There is probably some truth to what he said, but it just seemed abit disrespectful to Marn. I guess it's just his personality and the adrenaline. But hey, whatever! Was epicly fun to watch.

    I have been working on getting the mid air jaguar kick at the different ranges. My problem with jaguar tooth is that people always crouch block it, and the only response I know to crouch block is the forward mid punch, which takes too long to do right after Tooth.

    Tooth has very little recovery time, so you can tick throw them if they keep blocking. Or just inch up and throw. Your main problem with tooth is when they learn how to knock it down in mid flight.

    Sometimes the throw doesn't work on crouching opponents. Is the only reason this can happen throwing before they fully recover? Meaning too early?

    If you really want to fuck with someone's head, do a neutral jump MK on the way UP, then MK Jaguar Kick. Since I've been playing NOTHING BUT FUCKING SHOTOS tonight, this has been incredible DP bait.

    Also, MK xx light JK is a nightmare for Cody after a knockdown.

    Man, what a spread at this Devastation. Dudley, Abel, Guy, Ibuki AND Makoto in Top 8. Quite a welcome touch of diversity.

    Sev: Your gameplay is the most heavily yomi based around. Usually you look for characters that allow you to force guessing situations for big dmg. Even if the guess is mathematically nowhere near in your favor lol. You're happiest when you have either a 50/50, 33/33/33 or even a 75/25 situation to go crazy with. And you will take big risks to force those situations to come up.

    Yeah, I am actually super impressed by this, they seriously had the matches going up minutes after it was over. Really amazing setup, though from what I hear of the equipment they were running, it certainly wasn't cheap.

    Well....he does lose his first set of matches against Juicebox so you might enjoy that.

    Edit: You'll also likely find great comfort in the fact that he acted all bitchy when being interviewed afterwards. Pretty classless.

    Yeah, he's always seemed pretty classy to me, so it was disappointing.

    Basically what he said is that Marn had to choose someone random like Dudley because he already had all of Marn's other characters downloaded.

    Essentially, talked himself up and gave no props to Marn.
