Yep.
I hate it when you decide on something after thinking long and hard, then just before your move (or in this case after) you see another move and do that instead. Then you remember why you already dismissed that move when you thought about it earlier.
General unease among the footmen of numerous fiefdoms, as they begin to suspect their lieges don't really know what they're doing. They consider arming peasants with spears and sneaking away.

Bid sent, sorry about the delay. Things developed after watching the world cup (Germany-Argentina) yesterday and I've been away from the internet till now.
Stark, Tyrell and Lannister all bid 1. Everyone else bid 0.
Using the order "guide" that Baratheon sent me (Baratheon -> Greyjoy -> Tyrell -> Lannister -> Stark -> Martell) the new Iron Throne [and turn] order is:
Tyrell Lannister
Stark Baratheon Greyjoy Martell
Now send in your bids for Fiefdoms. Remember all bidding ties are now arranged by Tyrell.

I thought the iron throne that wins picks the rest of the ties since it's been determined, not the previous iron throne holder
Nope, the rules clearly state that the iron throne doesn't pass until the order is completely established for the bidding. At the end of the Iron Throne bid round, then the new person gets to sit the throne.

With his attentions always on the North, Stark is outmanuevered in the halls of power. His harried diplomats, given nothing to work with, find little support in the fiefdoms.
