    True, but a lot of those guys aren't gonna be in town for preview night.

    I'll probably swing by Horton Plaza and get some tacos. There's a taco place there that makes the greasiest, most delicious chorizo tacos.

    My friend will be reporting from Comic-Con, likely dressed as Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood.

    I have directed her to the PA booth. Any other booths she should check out that will be "newsworthy?"

    Adult Swim always puts together an unusual booth. I would definitely suggest having her go there. You also see interesting stuff at the Sideshow (slideshow?) booth, and it is right in the middle of the floor so you see a lot.

    And I like Pokemon so tell her to be by the pokemon booth. Get her pikachu on

    The Sideshow collectables booth always makes me wish I was rich.

    I'm putting my money on Deathly Hallows & Green Latern bags at the WB booth.

    I almost hate to say this, as the last two times Borfase showed up, I was too freakin' fried to do much more than say "Hey, what up?" (Bor, if you show up this time, I swear I will see about getting some beers with you and yourn, I swear on my dick's blood.)

    We'll be at booth 1230, just around the corner from PA and within spitball range of Kurtz. Our booth is Us (Two Lumps, FLEM), Randy Milholland (Something Positive & Super Stupor), and Chris Daily (Striptease, Punch An Pie). Feel free to stop by. If the fat ugly mofo in the red mohawk seems disgruntled or fried, it's because I'm fucking disgruntled and fried. We do 5 cons a year - CCSD is by far the most hardcore shit we've ever hung a shingle at. I usually can't talk much during the hours the floor is open - we usually have customers - but we're down with meeting up for beers each night after the con.

    I was thinking of checking out the Futurama panel at 12:45, Cartoon Network Panel at 1:45 (to see the new show coming from the creator of Samurai Jack/Dexter's Lab) and maybe a Guild Wars 2 panel at 5:30.

    Other than that just trolling the show floor and maybe catching the masquerade, since I've never bothered staying for that. If that stuff doesn't conflict I'll be there.

    My third Comic Con, and I still don't know how best to deal with parking, other than walking a couple of miles. Where is best to park to take that train straight to the convention center?

    if everyone in my life died, I've thought of how I'd go to cons in the southeast with Sars and makes booze and hook up with animes.

    but I guess Comic Con would work good for cosplay stuffing too

    I'm pretty sure you can look up where the shuttle routes and train routes are on the Comic Con website.

    they're also doing special event red line trolleys, which run all the way from Qualcomm Stadium down to the Convention Center. you could park at Fashion Valley, Linda Vista, or Old Town. i'd say Fashion Valley would be the better choice.
