So, I'm thinking of getting a bluetooth headset for my PS3 today, and I was wondering if I could get some advice before I rush out and make a purchase I might regret. I'm thinking I will avoid the official PS3 headset simply because it's kind of above my budget, but not so far out that it's not an option. A USB headset might also work if the chord isn't going to be a problem, or if I can find a way to adapt an existing non-USB headset for a USB port.
So, could anyone let me know what kind of things I should look out for, or recommend any headset in particular?

Yep - any Bluetooth headset will work. I got the official one because, as Esh said, it's really nice. I could've got a cheaper, non-PS3 branded one and been just fine (or use the one I keep in my car for my phone, but that would've been a pain to keep switching back and forth).
