I haven't looked at the art forum at all to be honest
After the changeover to the MSPA forums, it was a wasteland for a while, and then we moved the fanart threads in there and now it's much more populous and we're getting a lot of good art but there isn't much critique happening. It's obviously never going to be PAAC but back in the day it was a pretty handy feedback forum, it would be nice if a semblance of its former glory could be restored.
browsing the art there sort of makes me uncomfortable. someone will post something that's honestly kind of awful and they'll get positive reinforcement and I am all noooo art better.

yeah, people being positive is fine but it's not useful if it's not tempered with some actual knowledgeable advice. And the people who are genuinely good and know what they're doing don't tend to give crits much at all, I guess they don't want to seem harsh or mean.
I should post there more but I usually can't be bothered.

And I thought of gamzee falling through tavros's gate, and tavros and gamzee being together in tavros's world.
As the comic updated, it clearly did not ( /will not) go in the same way I imagined.
And then I thought, "Holy crap that last panel is way better than the other ones!"
