    Kirkland, here.

Ditto. At the Lan Party one of the vendors was asking who had slept enough and who had showers recently, I asked who slept in their own bed and raised my hand; oddly received looks of scorn, who knew?

Busing kind of sucked, partly because I couldn't do he D&D Dungeon of Horrors thing due to needing to leave at 10. It ended up OK because I found some other people to play a game with, and it was tons of fun.

Mm, I would also like to point out that if you attend UW or live in the general area and are into Tabletop games, we have a tabletop organization on campus. Check it out.

All PAXers live in Seattle. Necessity keeps most of them away from home all year.

Whidbey Island here... Myself and others are throwing around ideas about a Seattle gaming weekend. So if you're interested, we could use more input and ideas. The discussion is currently in the "PAX Forumer Seattle Get Togethers- Spring/Summer Edition" Thread.

    Shoreline here, Honk-honk!

I'm going to be raiding the Cheesecake Factory tomorrow at around 11-12, anyone else in the area is welcome to join me. Just be sure to bring a notepad and a pen! You can find me at the bar in there -- I'll have my PAX lanyard and badge with me, along with my Steel Battalion pins on it for identification's sake.

I'll probably be there for about an hour or so before I go raid Borders for some books to buy, and then head on home.

Wow, lot of First Hill kids checking in. Didn't expect there'd be so many of us. Gotta say I was loving the 7 block walk this year. :-D

As for a meet up/movie, Scott Pilgrim is still showing at Pacific Place. Maybe we could meet for a movie next week and then take over some cafe tables on the first floor for chilling and games. I'll bring Munchkin!

I lost my voice too! I didn't even go to the concerts or anything. I'm blaming White Wolf and an open bar.

But yes, I am local. Capitol Hill in fact.

Oh! And everyone in the area should hang out at Gamma Ray Games. I'm not an employee, just a Friend of the Store, and a regular member of Sunday Board Game day. I live about 2 blocks from the store, so it kinda acts as my den.

Just found out about them this past weekend. I'm relatively new to tabletop gaming so I'm excited to have a store relatively close by. :-)

Me! I currently live in Shoreline. I've made it to most PAXes (damn wedding and honeymoon got in the way last year :)) and look forward to keeping up the tradition. Oh, I dragged my wife to all three days this year, though I'm not sure how much she enjoyed it, but I had a blast.

Wouldn't mind hitting a meetup every now and again, assuming I can make time around school.

Hey, thanks for the tip. I've been looking for a D&D supply shop since I got here, and the closest WotC listed was in Pike Place Market. I've got business in Capitol Hill tonight so I will be checking them out. :D
