to be fair i find the sheer amount of bullets necessary to bring someone down to be a little annoying. i mean if you empty all your bullets into someone with the AR that's like 32 bullets.
i prefer games where guns feel powerful and lethal
it's not so bad in multiplayer, actually, where players die fairly quickly, but when you're fighting some of the higher level Elites, fuck it takes a long time to kill those motherfuckers.

Heroic difficulty makes the encounters really drawn out. I like difficulty in Halo games (in other games I usually play on Normal) but Heroic is just tedious sometimes. As I've said, I prefer to hit Elites with the assault rifle over and over instead of shooting them with it. I die so many times and I never seem to make a dent that I just run around beating on them in an insane frenzy.

It would probably be very effective if you were able to analyze the sample such that it processed specific formants and harmonics so that it created a more "padded" feel as opposed to a bitcrushed one.

I wish there was a jump pack in Reach instead of just the jetpack. The jetpack is kind of slow and leaves you vulnerable. I'd love to make fast leaps around a map with a sword and stab people in half.

Seriously. They are way too mobile. I'll hit them a bunch of times, almost take down their shield and then they'll leap around like grasshoppers and their shield recharges.

1) Slowly wear down the number of grunts by standing near a corner, shooting, then hiding like a scared little girl.
2) When the grunts are gone, flip out at the elites until they become so confused by your incessant grenade throwing and shooting that they simply die.
