The costume will be easy enough.
But the demeanor, that's going to be the challenge.
It will be a difficult costume to put together.

as a matter of fact the day I went looking for papercraft files some dude uploaded these really accurate ones on that halo prop making forum

you open them with this program and print out the pieces!(preferably on cardstock, for durability)
cutting out and folding the pieces is the most boring and tedious shit ever I swear to god
make like tiny little changes in each costume and have it be a sort of memory game.
