It's amazing how terrible some huge businesses can be when it comes to making websites that are only used by other businesses.
Like there is this VISA website that I use to check the status of our ATMs. The website has various text boxes where you can enter in an ATM number or fault number and then right below that there is a button that says "Search."
However you can't just type the number in and hit enter. That would make too much sense, and instead just reloads the page.
In every instance where you enter information on the website, you have to actually click the button right below it with the mouse. Hitting enter does not work for filling out any information on the website.
I don't understand how they can fail at such a simple concept, and it annoys the hell out of me.
