Seriously, the whole Vault
it's pretty dang buggy. The most hilarious bug I read about though was the dead nightkin that followed the guy around while screaming, but no one noticed.
He was haunted.
I could get on with a mod that adds people to the strip and casinos.
They are ghost towns as it is now.
That's why you should always remember to have FRAPS installed, kiddos.

The Vault 21 lady says she'll take vault suits off me but despite having a couple of Vault 21 suits on my person, she has no interest in taking them off me
I mean I can sell them to her for about 5 caps a piece but somehow I don't think that's how it's supposed to work
She's a slut for people wearing vault suits, just put one on and she'll "take it off"
This will be the second time that an item's lousy CND screwed something up without me even noticing
Also sometimes it gets stuck in cinematic cam (like in VATS) and I have to hit ESC to get it unstuck.

Basically there is a NPC who does not lose all the caps that he should lose when you beat him at Caravan.
You can just keeping winning against him, then trading with him to give him more caps, then winning
against him over and over and over again until your greed is satiated.

Basically flaws aside, have I mentioned that I love this game
Both of those things happen to me all the time. I also get a bug sometimes after reloading a weapon. I can't fire or go into VATS all I can do is run around.

Yeah, every monster I've encountered so far has had terrible pathing and gotten stuck.

I've been all over the place and I never don't talk to people, I think I am just awful
Rex and Boone will not listen to me at all. If I go into an area with enemies they just run around and murder everything. Then they wander around and sometimes disappear. Telling them to wait doesn't work sometimes either.
I couldn't do his quest because I have no idea where the "lobby" in the dino dee-lite hotel is

I want to do some more rad Legion quests.
Last time I was playing I came across a battlefield which contained 3 or 4 maimed NCR soldiers. They had no arms or legs, and if you talked to them they said "kill me..."
One dude was like "Get away" so I walked over to him, turns out he was laying on top of a landmine.

Sometimes VATS is a bit slow to pop up, like I'm getting beat up and mashing V but it's slow.. and then sometimes there's a slight delay before the hit percentages show, but it's very slight.
One time I saw a radscorp sorta half-stuck in the ground, and when I moved around it's limbs were like...stretching out several yards long.
There are also little nooks and crannys in rocks/rough terrain you can get stuck in, fortunately "tcl" in the console toggles clipping and you can drive out of it.
To be fair, there is no place called the "lobby" in that whole area. It took me forever to figure this out. It is called the "front desk." The info you're looking for is in that room, though.
Its just another example of how bad the mission markers/descriptions can be in this game. I think i even saw one before that had "with" misspelled as "wtih"

Other things I couldn't do: find any quests for the great khans besides abba daba sunset, which is fuckin' bugged. do anything for the BoS beyond

so the German Kaiser is actually the proper way to say "Ceaser" There is no soft c in Latin.
Go furth north in the canyon and you'll find the drug lab. Do some work in there to built up your support with the Khans.
After that go into the Long House and talk to everyone. Ask Khan to drop his alliance with the Legion. Then go outside. It should be fairly simple after that.

I also didn't see Khan in there, just Karl.
