    Just finished filming all we need for a teaser trailer (which is set roughly 30 minutes before the first page of the comic). Going to be doing this as a way to give you guys a taste of the way the story will be told, as well as to just release something tangible until we get the money saved up for the actual fan film.

    We'll also be releasing a desktop wallpaper to go along with the trailer.

    Tentative ETA is roughly 2-3 weeks. I'll be sure to post anything I can in the mean time.

    the only criticism I can think of is maybe the eyes look a little too bright in that screenshot

    Well, here's the thing with that. The main song I wanted to use isn't public domain and I really don't have any money right now for that. So, for this trailer we're putting together, we're going to be using some original music that's "in the spirit of" what we wanted to use.

    This trailer we're putting together isn't exactly a trailer, by the way. It's more like an event set 30 minutes before the first page of the comic that leads into it. This was to give you guys something tangible to see in regards to what we're hoping to do with the short film.

    Photo from the ID Badge of Detective Regal. Taking more from the "Blood and Oil" Regal rather than the original arc, as I enjoyed the version of Regal in that arc more than the other.

    We haven't gotten his hat yet, unfortunately. :P

    I apologize for this taking so long to get to you guys. It's just hard to juggle with 2 jobs and, up until about a week ago, school when filming and editing everything pretty much by yourself.

    Hopefully the wait will pay off and I have some bigger plans in mind if everyone likes this little snippet from the world...

    Update: Went home for the holidays and my truck now needs a new transmission. Was planning on finishing editing this weekend or early next week, but I'll be stuck in Atlanta for a while longer now till we get this fixed which means finishing will have to wait till I can get back. Sorry for the delay, guys.

    I'm not sure I like the title being computer-generated. To me, it seems out of place with the noir setting, but it could also work since it's part sci-fi
