I dunno, I enjoyed watching my friends play ME/ME2, but only their first times through because I liked to see how they reacted or what decisions they made. One guy playing who has played many times over already would be less interesting.
The Mass Effect LP currently going by Maxwell Adams has also been fairly entertaining. Multiple commentators, though. Additionally some funny situations with Mako spawning, which is something I can't do myself since I have the Xbox version.

a Let's Play is a beautiful thing where members of a community gather together and play a game as one cohesive unit
it's why bioware RPG"s work so well, because you can have these massive discussions before deciding on a common end afterward
it's super neat to see how they end up
watching someone else comment on themselves playing isn't a let's play, it's a "I'll Play" and why wouldn't you just play the game

That's not really up for debate, seeing that the term was coined by Somethingawful doing LPs in exactly that manner. If you want viewer interaction, that's awesome. Those can be a lot of fun. Not all games really offer that ability. Doesn't mean they aren't fun to watch, or that they aren't "Let's Plays."
