I'd say that the mech pilot who was hit and any guards should definitely get in contact with wildcat if they haven't done so already. Because if all the mechs die, we looooooooose
well, we are collectivly a seer, so couldn't that mech pilot contact Wild and Wild can have us confirm? I know it's risky coming out and saying "Hey, I'm that mech pilot!", but my guess would be that the Clan knows who they hit, so it wouldn't be revealing information they don't know.
That is, I'm assuming the "fires wildly into the dark; by sheer luck, he hits an Inner Sphere Mech" statement doesn't mean that the Clan didn't target anyone and just shot in a general direction. If that is what it meant then ya, we're back to square one.

An Inner Sphere Scout, creeping through the bushes, sees a lone figure next to a Mech that looks like it's Inner Sphere! Paranoid, he immediately calls down an artillery strike near the figure. At the same time that the rounds land, the Komodo vaporizes the target with its lasers, destroying it utterly.

Shortly before the Inner Sphere Tech was obliterated by his own side and the enemy, he managed to repair the slight damage the Thanatos had taken. Fearing a reprisal, the Hellspawn creates a temporary targeting blackout in its grid. This turns out to be intelligent, as a Jade Falcon Ranger calls down an ion cannon strike on the Thanatos. The targeting data jammed, the Ion Cannon harmlessly obliterates a nearby palm tree. Several monkeys were also destroyed.

Seconds after this, the Nova Cat pilot loses patience and fires all of her weapons. Two ER PPCs slam into the Thanatos, leaving it severely weakened. An Inner Sphere Soldier is destroyed by the sweeping lasers of the Nova Cat.

As it is hit, the Thanatos fires at a creeping Jade Falcon Warrior, utterly obliterating him. This was not a good day to be infantry.

The Jade Falcon Assassin comes across a strange figure, dressed in white robes and carrying a flamer and a holo-projector. The figure, on his knees in prayer, is unaware of the assassin's approach. He is gutted brutally.
