This confuses me.
This season, the Lions played against every NFC East team and every AFC East team. I'm hoping that they get to play against the NFC West / AFC West next season. Mystery solved?

I would assume that means Holmgren is going to stay in Cleveland. It would be a bitch move of epic proportions to fire the head coach and then bolt for another job.
I think it makes more sense hiring a guy like him to fix a more broken franchise considering the amount of money and power he'll likely demand.
