    July decides to fashion a makeshift gasmask out of her branding supplies. Playing Nuclear Winter with her friends in the creche was always a favorite game of hers, and makeshift gasmasks were her specialty. She knew just how to fold the t-shirts right to get the proper effect. All of the other boys and girls praised her for her ingenuity. At least, that's how she forces herself to remember it.
