I heard to jungle WW at high levels you should start with boots, which got me thinking...that would work well for chasing but WW would have a really slow jungle, they must really rely on ganks.
I love twitch in solo que because he's great at taking advantage of the biggest weakness of groups in solo que, which is a lack of coordination and no one getting oracles.

On jungle Rammus you should run Smite/Flash. Ghost is kind of wasted on him because Powerball already puts you above the movement speed soft cap. Flash makes your already amazing ganks even better.

and when should I seriously start picking up runes to make more than a few combos? I am level 13

God those yellow CDR are awful. I like just running mp5 yellow and blues so I don't have to worry about itemizing in regen. With the new boots it's pretty easy to get a large chunk of CDR between those and masteries.
On jungle Rammus you should run Smite/Flash. Ghost is kind of wasted on him because Powerball already puts you above the movement speed soft cap. Flash makes your already amazing ganks even better.
This is true, flash is also needed to jump over creep waves with powerball running when ganking, so that you don't accidentally hit the minions and miss the champ.
Also, for the guy jungling Rammus at low level:
For runes, focus on AD and Armor and health quints. Blue buff will take care of mana problems.
Standard build of cloth armor+5 pots, then Heart of Gold is great, but I usually go Aegis of Legion after that. A Sunfire Cape is great, but I find that I usually have to buy MR on him, so I will usually go Banshee's after the Aegis and then finish the Randuin's.
Also, also, if you are jungling at low level, you may need to blue pill before mini golems because they might kill you. X_X

Then when you hit 20 work on replacing them with tier 3 runes.
Standard runes:
Red: Armor Pen/Magic Pen (this will be the only thing different between your two pages)
Yellow: Mana regen
Blue: Cooldown
Quints: Health
You can start building specialized rune pages when you get to 20, but that should cover pretty much everybody.

armor and clarity would be the best bet for seals on a caster. i run clarity. FLAT CDR% is for blues.
I just blind-sniped barron out from under an enemy team with a spear based on pure timing.
@dumptruck mana-regen per level yellows, and blues too for some casters. not flats.
