So my college improv troupe just got admitted to the Northwest Convention of Intercollegiate Improv.
Woo! WOO!!!!!
Can I just say that your last post in the previous school thread was delightful.
And do you have videos of your Improv group?
I sadly do not... We aren't super big or anything but I am really excited for this convention. There should be around 10 improv groups from Seattle alone in addition to twenty others from L.A. & Chicago.

Networking here I come.
You guys should record yourselves.
We tried to start an Improv group here but we're a really small school with a non existent theater club.
We had some really good improv in my Theater class back when I was a freshman and most of the people in my class were juniors/seniors.

I'm just hoping to beef up my resume with such things. My best friend has mentioned how he'll get me in contact with his agent over in Seattle once I am done with school, so hopefully I can do some small time stuff in the city.
Which require you to be proactive to join. An introvert in highschool isn't going to suddenly stop being an introvert in college, and yet, people always told me it was like some magical transformation, going to college.
I have piles of math to study (that is: teach myself), so instead of doing that I spent an unknown amount of time cranking out a two page paper just for fun. Woooo, priorities!

Not for me.
it doesn't "magically" happen
nothing happens that way
but if you have been an introvert in high school, it is leagues easier to halt that behavior in college because you get a do-over of sorts
you are still you, of course, but you can practice different behavior and start becoming the person you'd like to be, which is hard in high school

A magician gives you a ring that, when worn, will let you see the world as it truly is.
However, the ring will never leave your finger, and you will be unable to ever describe to another living person what you see.
i almost forgot to hand in my maths homework today
ha ha whoops
you can really tell that i just sort of gave up towards the end, it goes from well explained proofs to chains of ab=c->b=a^-1c->whatever that aren't obvious or necessarily true but are just what i needed to get the result I wanted

high school was meh.
college was awesome.
being an adult is alright I guess? so far at least.
If anything I find it less social than high school because each class I have is with a completely different group of strangers.
Basically my university experience is: Go to class. Go home. Repeat the next day.

And really, get some sleep tonight. Your brain really needs to recuperate.
I'm either a giggly mess or incapable of lying.
Right now I am super honest about anything that comes to mind. I tend to be pretty blunt anyways so this is really bad.
