Classically some people like to refer to the equinox or solstice as the first day of its respective season, which doesn't make sense to me as that's clearly the midpoint of a season.

Perthians! There is a LEGO exhibition at the Showgrounds this weekend. Some friends and I are going on Monday, any of you wanna join?

Some Perth Adult Lego Society has done some epic stuff out of Lego for it so it should be pretty awesome. The video they showed on Today Tonight had then constructing a scale replica of the Tower Bridge and last year they had a 6m long scale replica of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

They take this shit seriously.

Today a cabinet submission passed by my boss's desk for acknowledgement. It was for a bill for the Northern Territory's support to implement the R18+ rating for video games in Australia. From what I glimpsed of it, it seemed quite positive.

I guess this thing is finally probably maybe sort of possibly happening perhaps?
