EDIT: Sorry guys, I don't know how this wound up in here, and I can't delete it. I was having a fun time reading the thread and can only speculate that my stupid iPhone mashing fat finger things posted some garbage. My apologies, please continue...

Just checking in here, I'm anticipating things will slow down as we head into the holiday weekend. I'm not going anywhere, but have family coming into town. I don't anticipate posting issues.

Post is up. I didn't know if Thekla could hear the battle behind her back (from an IC perspective), so I decided to off the two runts instead. Not really heroic material, but it's two less threats taken care off.
Also, does drenching rain affect creatures that enter it as well?
Took a little creative license with the power as Verdance managed to get a critical on the secondary attack while blinded. Which still refuses to go away.
Also, wasn't sure if the rain kept the attack penalties, but Verdance hits both targets either way.
Okay, I guess I should have anticipated it with so many rolls, but seriously, too many 20's from this this encounter. I never thought I'd not want that many. At least it wasn't an attack this time.

Will be dropping a rune of mending on either Medrash or Thekla (probably Thekla), any preference as to Destruction/Protection? I'm leaning toward the +4 damage just so we can finish the shaman quickly.

I fully endorse any and all frontloading of natural 20s, *nod nod*
Damage. Nobody is in danger of getting snuffed, and I don't think the shaman can do enough damage to me to wipe me out with a lightning attack (I'd have to take nearly 30 lightning damage to bite it)

Not with the rate that he keeps missing Thunder Staff *grumble*
...Yeah, Verdance was just making sure it was extra dead. She's blind cut her some slack guys.
Or maybe Im just dumb and wasted a 19! Though honestly its not like she could take a much more relevant action what with being blind, dazed and in the rain. I totally misread Marshes number though, my bad.

Poor Ogre. Cleanup time pretty much now so I don't care whether actions are done in order.

I'll have an update this afternoon, but unless one of the two remaining people really want to kill that troll let's just say that his defenses 'magically' dropped.

That was a funny poem. In other news, post-battle recap up. Unless folks want to search any more just give me a Ready! when you'd like to continue to the northern fortress indicated on the map. That and figure out who's taking the potions.
Also, nice combat. That was an EL+3 encounter (technically EL+2.5 if you factor in the time-delay) and it was suitably hairy yet not overly punishing.

Also, where did ZOre move to hit the troll? Or did you hit the Ogre Rockthrower?
Edit: also, don't mess with Thekla when she's been tossed into a river and is drenched.

You're like Aidan in my other game: healer that stays in the back. I clearly need to use more ranged enemies against the two of you.

Probably the easiest to explain would be that he wandered off during the night in the ruins when you camped to chase after some lights.
