He's not skinny enough to remind me of Raziel.

considering Raziel didn't have a fucking abdomen.

I think it's more of the hair and the cloak, the face is sort iffy, if you consider that Raziel didn't have a jaw either.

Darksiders strikes me as one of those things that I'd become entranced by the idea of and then hate more than anything else if I actually played.

But those games are just copying older games, and those older games are just copying older games, and those games are just copying older games.... WHEN WILL IT END?

And by it, I mean the stupid sayings that certain games are copying one another.

Darksiders was actually a pretty fun little adventure, sure its design was a bit over the top, but it worked and was fun. I do have to say though that the light direction puzzles were really...really lame.

Rob Liefeld can't draw legs from the knee down.
Jo Mad can draw can draw humanoid super persons just fine when that is what he is asked to do.

    http://marvel.wikia.com/File:Uncanny_X-Men_Vol_1_341_page_7.jpg

If you give him carte blanche to draw characters anyway he wants, that's when you get the Darksiders characters.

In conclusion, I like all of Joe Mad's art and Liefeld can burn in puss flooded hell.

Well he has the space to have a jaw, and has the shape of a jaw there.

Raziel lacks the entire bottom part of his head.

But I can see the hair a little, if only because it's black and straight.

Actually you often find art of anubis carrying an ankh. We have some in the museum I work at, including an 18th dynasty coffin.

In fact you can find most gods with an ankh somewhere, it's a really common symbol
