I liked the Icarus in the movie Sunshine. Pure functionality. A ship strapped to the back of a bomb. And the giant reflective dish was a visual splendour.
Also some of the more hard sci fi ships, like the Rama or that-one-in-2001-that-I-forgot-the-name-of.

I always liked the way Exo Squad used both big ships, medium sized cruisers, and then utilized the exo frames as both space fighters and land assault vehicles. They should remake this cartoon.

I trained for a thanatos specifically because of it's looks... the facerape drone damage bonus was just the icing on the cake.
However, I think the sexiest ship in the game is the Curse.
