Man, how do people draw with a mouse? I know most of these have been pencil/ink and whatnot, but a lot of you artist types can actually draw decent pictures with a mouse. I just don't know how to get that kind of control, it's maddening.

When I first started doing webcomics, I had no other choice. In 1998, most scanners were WAY out of my price range, and I'd never even heard of a Wacom tablet. MS Paint, on the other hand, was right there.
A lot of people say drawing with a mouse is like drawing with a brick. I agree. You just get used to drawing with a brick. Practice a lot.

I use a graphics tablet (Intuos 2 6x8), which is a lot closer to using a pencil than a pen is.
Also some older stuff that I barely remember drawing:

When I watched the pilot for that show, my fiancee was all, "Wow, this show looks a lot like your drawings!" And I was all, "Oh man it kinda does, plus holy shit this show is so fucking metal!"
Did they ever make any other episodes? Because that show was radical.
