i think that 'incompetence aura' theory mentioned earlier has merit
an otherwise competent heavy who i have seen to spycheck, be aware and not waste ammo plinking distant targets, gets ubered and just completely fails to make a dent in anything
spinning wildly, not focusing on anyone
in my four hundred hours of medic I have noticed this exact thing
people lose their shit when they get an uber, become totally overwhelmed and fail to focus
it happens to me when I'm playing demo and get kritzed
the BLOODLUST comes over me
If a medic wants to uber me out the gate I usually just tell them to take someone else.
I do better without it. I'm so good I don't even need an uber.
If I wasn't one of the first to load I would never get to play Sniper.
That is like one of the main reasons I installed steam onto my SSD. I like my Snoipah.
My plain jane RAID 0 usually gets in me in around 2nd just in time to never be on your team. It is very rare that we ever are. Have you noticed this phenomenon? I notice it only because our sniper battles always go so poorly in my favour.

You turn into Boris Grishenko and just spray at the cloud of enemies rather than focusing them down one at a time.
They start coming down, they swing, and... Noooope, back in the air you go!
Sometimes I don't even bother killing them, because juggling them is just so satisfying

I was using the caber for awhile as Demo and found that if I was set on fire by a pyro, the caber was the best way to not get axetinguished. Get airburst to a corner, anticipate enemy swing, swing caber early, celebrate.

Usually it would be a murder suicide. But if I managed to survive then I would definitely burn to death. I just wanted to make it even if they were gonna kill me.

caber charge is the best thing ever, because even if you dont get the kill you went flying straight up so you just start dropping pipes until you face plant

I said after the first round "maybe we are just a bad team" but some of the design was REALLY bad at times.
At least A, B and E all dump out Red from their spawns right on the point, which wouldn't be a big deal, but I don't think he's adjusted spawn times or something, as a 15-20 second respawn time on attackers is NOT the way to do that. We were just spawning and running into their spawn waves and not accomplishing anything.

I'm a little surprised that most servers don't have class limits
my favorite server doesn't, and the regulars are pretty good about not having four spies (or whatever)
but occasionally games get ruined by pubbies who think it's totally rad to have three incompetent snipers
