Nobody does it quite like @ChrisWarcraft.

Whether it's applying leg to football:

chris-kluwe.jpg

Holding the football for others to apply their leg:

Or using NFL players for transportation, because automobiles are for suckers:

He sets a shining example for all of us.

(Also football thread, I guess.)

Last place guy just traded mccoy and breaston to third place guy for fitzgerald and cj2ypc. Surely he could have gotten better for mccoy

  • superjoesuperjoe Registered User regular
That trade should've been shot down by the rest of the league. That's horrendous.

also, I meant to drop Longwell in the Champeens league

cut Crosby instead because I was tired and/or never learned to read

    so, um

please don't pick him up, guys

Sadly, Kluwe fucking sucks in Madden. I think he's currently rated a 79 and he goes down every season of franchise. I wound up cutting him after 2 seasons and drafting someone new. I felt bad.

But then again, I did move the Vikings to Des Moines.

  • superjoesuperjoe Registered User regular
because if there was a location in desparate need of a franchise in the National Football League

    it's Iowa

I wanted to move the Vikings out of Minnesota but leave them in a place in the north, so the NFC North alignment would still make sense. I could have gone to LA or Mexico City but those wouldn't make any sense.

So it came down to Des Moines and Juno. I chose Des Moines because the population was atleast a few million, when Juno was in the 10s of thousands.

Trade was only accepted last night/this morning, so still 2 days to clear.

Originally cj guy was talking of offering steve smith and steven jackson, not sure how he got him to with fitz and johnson. Then again the mccoy guy (briefly) offered me jacoby jones and ray lewis for greg jennings, maybe he's trolling at this point?

Ugh, why does Calvin Johnson have to be on bye this week. These last few weeks have wrecked me with byes. I really need Andre Johnson to play this week.

I'm actually getting weary of fantasy football this year because I've had so many injuries on top of byes every week. It seems excessive this year.

I'd still rather be the guy getting McCoy, but that's not bad at all.

The Giants schedule the rest of the year is borderline unfair...

    Patriots
    49ers
    Eagles
    Saints
    Packers
    Cowboys
    Redskins
    Jets
    Cowboys

There isn't a sure win in that group and I could easily see them losing 5 or 6 or more of those games.

Neat. I didn't know the Vikings starting punter occasionally posted here.

In other news I hope the Lions can get a couple wins against some legit good teams.

This week I picked up Ringer to go with Johnson... we'll see how that plays out. I've also decided to go with Dallas DEF versus Seattle--good, no? (I could also pick up Arizona VS StLouis, if that's better...).

I've also somehow found myself with two TE now... Dallas Clark and Gonzales. Gonzo's been doing pretty solid for me throughout the year--I just picked up Clark last week for the Bye.

  • PellaeonPellaeon Registered User regular
Last week painter seemed to remember clark was on his team, so maybe he'll finally get more looks going forward. Naturally after I got rid of him.

  • LaOsLaOs SaskatoonRegistered User regular
Yeah, I'm sure someone else had gotten frustrated with the situation there and dumped him--lucky for me with Gonzo's Bye week last week.

I was also happy to see Manningham actually put up decent numbers last week... since he'd, you know, been nothing but a shitty bum up until then. Geez.

I benched Chris Johnson in favor of Shonn Greene...yes, this is a sentence I just typed.

Manningham has had it rough with the concussion and then cruz cutting into his touches. Luckily he gets new england and their ” pass defense how does it work” secondary this week.

I voted against that trade, I know last place guy hates his players but come on. Especially when he lets prospects like baldwin from kc pass by while keeping ochocinco on the roster.

God Explains Why He Let Tim Tebow Fail

"Soon, you shall become delirious. You may even think about touching yourself after years and years of holding out and letting the precious manjism build up inside your prostate. You may even give the tip of your little dong a quick rub, just to see what it feels like, just to understand the pleasure involved in PRE-FETAL GENOCIDE. I shall send you visions of gorgeous, eight-breasted women, with asses so pert, you could slap a bra on them. Oh, you shall be tortured, my friend. TORTURED."

Luke McCown just went from 3rd string clipboard holder to "NFL single-game yardage and touchdowns record holder".

    God bless Madden.

Apparently mccoy owner was the one who wanted johnson instead of jackson. Maybe he turned down steve smith because he has a bye week, makes as much sense. Hell ringer is still on the waiver wire, probably as much value and he wouldn't have to trade away a top 10 player for it.

Edit: anyway I'll shut up about this now, just gotta vent sometime you know.

I needed somebody to replace Cam Newton.

Alex Smith has only thrown 2 interceptions this year and San Francisco is playing a shitty Redskins team that got shut out by Buffalo last week.

i started alex smith last week

    he's good for 13 points

but aaron rodgers is back in my lineup and i need not fear bye weeks no longer! *once detroit defense and hanson return from byes

but now i got kc defense and lindell working for me so pfffttt. the real question is, do i trust romo to be able to get the ball to smiles and witten, or should i go with nate washington? beanie wells vs ahmad bradshaw is a tough decision too

alright I don't follow college football so why does everyone think tim tebow is jesus. is it because he is very religious? or is he actually in fact jesus?

Hopefully Janikowski comes back this week. Real nice waiver wire replacement for Hanson's bye week.

Finally cut ties with Felix Jones, hopefully his ankle never heals and he just decides to retire.

tim tebow isn't in college anymore but yes he's very religious and his parents have a church and he was supposed to be an abortion but his mom doesn't believe in abortions and she had him and she survived and so did he and oh look he had a very successful football career, so don't abort your kids even though you're at risk for death or complications! they could be football stars

and he had a really good football team around him in college and they were pretty good and he goes to the nfl and he isn't much of a quarterback but everybody wants him to succeed against all odds and fuck just make him a te or a full back or a running back quit being a quarterback you dumb faggot

also i played with a couple of guys in highschool that were huge into FCA and i'm not against that or anything but they were kind of bitches and them always carrying on about it really cheesed me off so i used to take great delight in beating them in board drills. one is a dude who's playing college ball, and i'm pretty sure i could still take him
