Yeah, I'm willing to buy team shirts off people, for double, and sell items (shirts, tickets, balls) to people for half, if they will support Poland.
If there's a chance of me getting kicked out for taking a vuvuzela, then I don't want one. Otherwise, vuvuzela me! Also I'm wondering what this match ball replica is, so hook me up yo! (Again, unless it can get me thrown out.)
So, I might've forgotten to mention it in the thread during a narration, I can't remember if it actually happened or not, but lets say it did. Someone threw a match ball onto the pitch right before another team was about to score - however, after the game they were told they couldn't attend anymore matches. People have been banned for one match for using vuvuzelas
Despite losing their final match, the Greeks still topped their group, and their reward was a game against the tournament's highest scoring side - the Netherlands. The Greeks have shown their calibur at this level before, and will certainly be expected to give the Netherlands a game, and a stoic Germany defense showed it is possible to stop the Oranje attack, and Greece will have to take heart from that. However, there is no doubt that the Netherlands will be the favourites to win this game, and progress into the semi-finals, where a more stern test is likely to be found.
Germany vs Poland
Always a hotly contested match, Germany will be extremely confident in their chances of winning the entire tournament, with Spain already knocked out, and having beaten the Netherlands once already. Poland will no doubt put forth their best effort to beat Die Mannschaft, but it really seems like a David and Goliath scenario for the Poles. Germany should be able to ease past them into the semi-finals, but it is worth noting that Poland were favoured to end bottom of their group, and ended up 2nd by a single goal - the home support should not be counted out, and could make it a very hostile environment for the Germans.
Italy vs England
In the standout fixture of the quarter-finals, an impressive Italy take on England. Both teams weathered what were tricky groups and came out unbeaten. This is so often the stage of the tournament where England has fallen short in the past, and where Italian teams have thrived, and it is sure to be an interesting game. Following Spain's dismal performance, it is hard to judge just exactly how good the Italian team are playing, and England may prove the first true test of their mettle.
Sweden vs Ireland
There's no doubt the Swedish will be the most pleased with their opponents. After a very convincing group stage, they come up against a team who have never seen a knockout stage match, and looked unconvincing in their games outside of the surprise victory against Spain. But all bets are off once the playoff begins, and victory can be decided by the smallest of margins, and a young Swedish team could find themselves in more trouble than they expected if they don't take the Irish seriously.

Akimbo, I just wanted to say that I absolutely love the roundups writeups. They are so cool and in character. You should be a sports announcer.
I am glad people like it.
You have no idea how much I would actually want something like that, but I don't really have the exposure to get into it in real life (not enough football in the US, and you pretty much have to be either an ex-footballer or very involved in radio-announcing/public speaking). I'm also not entirely sure I would be able to hide bias/not swear on the air.

I am adding this in here because it is appropriate when talking about the prematch, because I was |---| close to mentioning the invasion in it, but thought better of it.
I am also pleased people are getting into supporting their teams!
Not at all. Interpol and UEFA are too busy dealing with other things.
I actually want to make another addendum - items with limited quantity (tickets) can be sold for as much as you can make off them, so ignore the double rule. Still can't sell for less than half though
