My posting secret is that I'm secretly afraid everybody I care about and respect despises me, and that I'm going to end up pushing away the ones who do care about me by inadvertently acting like a selfish butt. Actually, I don't think that qualifies as a posting secret, that's just an overtly pervasive phobia that I suffer from on a quasi-regular basis.

every once in a while i find out that im wrong about someone
but i just forget 15 minutes later when i go knee deep in some game
My secret is that I'm torn about my identity here on PA. One part of me feels like I'm a perpetual n00b trying to hang with the cool kids and that most of my posts are ignored or perceived as dumb. The other part is a veteran poster who's been around long enough that I shouldn't be so damned worried about what people think cuz I'm alright.
It's mainly because, although my account is old, I have at least two roughly year-plus long periods of inactivity, and I spent a lot of time in D&D, not posting here.

My posting secret is that I know I was a complete ass when I joined, and I like to think that at least over the last year or 6 months or so I've improved, but I fear that nobody believes I've genuinely changed and honestly care about all of you and that this is the single best community anybody could belong to on the Internet
