[PA Report Suggestion] remove alt text from PA Report headlines?

i LOVE the design for PAR. it is elegant and has a great color scheme. i'm not a fan of the alt text/"tooltip text" that pops up if your mouse cursor hovers over a headline, mainly because the pop up text obscures the pretty CSS headline underneath.

any way to remove the alt text that pops up? does this only appear in Chrome?

(i'm on Chrome, Win 7)

They're duplicating the text node of the headline element in the title attribute of the element, which is why you're seeing it when you hover. It'll happen in most browsers.

The fix on the content-provider side would be to remove the title attribute where it's not semantically significant, such as in H2 elements. I'm guessing their CMS automatically builds title tags for all elements, for some reason.
