Well I weighed in a week ago at 180 lbs, which was always my maximum in my head before I had to start eating better and exercising, so I haven't eaten any burgers or missed a day of running since, and now the shakes and the cold sweats are starting.
Someone distract me from my burning desire to go to McDonald's right now and spend $25 on double cheeseburgers.

My cut off is 185, and I am at it, and nothing is changing
This means that I'll run tonight when I get back home in NC, I'll run tomorrow after court, and I'll hit the gym back on campus tomorrow night. Fuck if I want to be a fatty. I did that once - never again.

okay here's the plan
you get some fresh pork chops from the butcher
you throw them in a pan with some butter and garlic and splash some dry gin in there and sear the outsides
then you throw 'em in a pan and cover them in a layer of brown gravy, mushrooms, and oysters. then you layer some stuffing and some apple slices over that and you throw it all in the oven
We actually eat pretty fucking good out here. Get this! They caught some lobsters off the gulf and we had lobster and steak the other night. It's a rare thing.. but mmmmmmmmm.
Knob's right. If you're going to eat pork, why the fuck would you bother eating the leanest shit you can get which will also end up being the least flavorful? I'm not saying you should eat a pound of bacon for dinner but there's a tradeoff and cut with a little fat is going to taste so much better than some piece of crap that's had every last little scrap of flavor inducing fat trimmed off it. I don't get why people like chicken breast so much either aside from the fact that it's leaner. Yeah, it's also really bland and relatively dry. Man up and have some dark meat and just eat resonable portions to account for the fact the meat's a littlle more fatty but so much more moist and flavorful.

Ha ha I was like that in high school. I'm about 152 now. I could use a toning in the abdomen though.
I wish I was still in high school, then I would have an excuse for being this skinny. of course in high school I ate so much crap I still don't know why I can't gain weight.
also I think lean pork is really good, especially prepared just right. I know you like chewing on huge chunks of fat, but some of us don't.

i stopped drinking soda last week so that'll lose some weight
