Sorry, for some reason I thought you rolled Expertise: Science. I am after all, only one of the unwashed masses. A 26 is good enough to build a somewhat rough version of the device you have in mind. I don't want to rob you of the chance to describe it's effect unless you want to leave that up to me though.

Yeah, It's showcased in the latest issue of the new 52 Blue Beetle a little bit. Strength mode and speed mode, so you can very easily guess what they are.

Either way, plenty of fodder for powerstunts and/or power point progression down the line.

On a comic related note I nabbed two of the new 52 zero issues today, it has been a while since I had any new comics. I got the Flash and Justice League because they seemed like the best two of the options present. I love the new take on Captain Marvel and the artwork makes me want to break my quills over my knee.

Got to read the Flash now.

Comics are the best things. I'm really enjoying the big events going on in the Lantern comics and the Batfamily comics right now.

I still read Blue Beetle of course, but it's not as good as many of the other new 52. It's enjoyable though.
