never usually announced, but first footage/developer walkthroughs are always a thing. because they always set up in a quiet part of the conference and can demo the game for like a solid twenty minutes, rather than having to churn people like the bigger booths.
I remember Dawn of War 1 landed at e3 and had a solid hour long showcase of so much stuff. we can only hope for a similar thing for COH2 this time.
really, you're never gonna have some huge PC franchise announce at e3, but you get much better coverage than the flagship console ones, just because of their reduced popularity.
I still don't think we'll see any new consoles other than Wii U at E3
but if there was a surprise, I'd expect it to come from Microsoft

Well, you do have to have an HBO subscription to use it. And since I'm on Comcast, they block it from my Roku. But they do allow it on 360, and I imagine Sony would be able to score it on PS3 if Microsoft was able to.
I just hate having one thing for Netflix, one for HBO Go, another for Blu Rays, and something else to stream media to. I don't love the 360's streaming or it's new Netflix interface, but it's almost got all the pieces in place except for the Blu Ray. If Sony added HBO Go I'd be content.

With people lying in order to ensure surprises, I've come to the conclusion that everything about E3 will be the opposite of what was announced.
Sony and Microsoft will show new consoles, Nintendo will cancel the WiiU and Sony will discontinue the Vita. Halo 4, Black Ops 2, AC3, Borderlands 2 all cancelled, BUT Bioshock Infinite will be at the show and un-delayed back to 2012 (so will Tomb Raider, which will come out instead of Hitman Absolution, which is also cancelled). Bungie will be there. Respawn will be there (and they will show off their game). Half-Life 3 will be there and exclusive to the Valve console, and Blizzard will be present to show off Project Titan. Netherrealms is actually working on the new Marvel vs. Capcom game, and Nintendo will predict that Michael Pachter is pulling out of the hardware business.
