    The call of the ancient is powerful. Monsters rush toward the mortal realm and feast up on the weak. While doom seems to be inevitable, there's our hero: Moneterey Jack, stand waiting on the street with weapons in hands. Ready to take down any monstrosity which dares to harm the innocents. Will the hero save the day yet again? Or will the evil overpower him and rule the day?

    Cultists of the ancient one are performing unholy ritual to undone what the investigator has not yet done, will they succeed in destroying what still hasn't yet been finished?

    I can think of better ways that this could have gone. Is it better to try and get rid of this now, or should sealing gates take priority? Between those of use nearby I think we can get the rumour dealt with this turn if we want to, but it'll use pretty much all our tokens.

    It was a close one, if you hadn't discover it's weakness spot and stabbed it for massive damage, you would be the one claimed as trophy. But for now, you proudly stuff its head into your backpack and disappear, before more hideous monsters come for your blood.

    Kirindal and I should have it covered this turn (need 6 tokens and between us we have 9), so save the clue tokens for gate sealing (and bacon saving). Assuming it does go as planned, everyone should get a sweet new Unique Item out of the deal.

    EDIT: Speaking of which, the OP seems to have Drakes Clue Tokens count wrong. He picked up 1 in the Historic Society, 1 from the lodge and then listened to an old man prattle on for hours for another 3. That should be a total of 5 tokens. And I chose Heal for his spell out of Heal/Wither, so that should probably be recorded to prevent confusion later.

    Although it's going to take a few of us to get at the Black Isle gate. Drake is probably in the best shape to take out the Dark Young, but the Mi-Go and Byakhee on top of that would make it difficult. Of course it would be best if they moved so we could split them up. Ideally we'd also get a change of environment to soften up the Mi-Go. Have to wait and see what happens.
