We all have our personal interpretations of the voices behind those speech bubbles. I'm just curious as to what your cues are for different characters.
For example my Dead Pool sounds a hell of a lot like Steven Blum (See: Spike Spiegel)
X-men? All voices from the early X-men animated series.
Batman? Same deal, from the animated series. I wouldn't have it any other way.
Tony Stark? Johnathan Frakes (See: Xanatos of Gargoyles fame)

Yes I was clearly born in the late 80s. I'll update with any particularly interesting voice actors i've attributed to characters if i can think of some. Anywho, who do you folks hear?
Yeah, I think the Xanatos reference is entirely accurate. Don't listen to the haters.

I think he meant insofar as Xanatos is a character who is (1) a billionaire businessman and (2) a sinister genius. Those things can certainly be applied to Stark.
Whereas I wouldn't really imagine Stark sounding like Will Riker.
...I'm apparently weird in this, but I largely don't associate voices with characters in books or comics. Although I did just finish reading New Frontier, and John Wilson made me hear Morgan Freeman or something. (Actually, I guess I was associating that with the singing, because he only has one line of dialogue. Anywho.)
Oh, but I do tend to associate voices where I've heard recordings of them. So like the OP said, a lot of the X-Men sound like they did in the early 90s cartoon in my head. Particularly Wolverine.
X-Men is the same with me. I can't imagine anyone else as Wolverine's voice. ( Obligatory: http://covered.ytmnd.com/ )
Iron Man: Ever since I saw Ultimate Avengers, I've imagined Marc Worden as the voice of Tony Stark.
Spider-Man: Quinton Flynn. He did Spidey's voice in Ultimate Alliance, and I really liked it so I generally consider that to be his voice. Before that, it was the guy who did his voice during the 90's animated series on Fox.
I don't read books with voices, but I agree that the 90s X-men is to me the definitive version of the characters (part of the reason movie Storm was so dissapointing to me). JLU covers DC. Ultimate Fury is obviously Sam Jackson.
God knows the X-Men cartoon ruined my opinion of the comics version of Rogue, such that it's taken this long for me to change my opinion of her. I still hate Gambit, though.
Well going beyond the "animated voices where so good thats what I hear now"
With Cap I always hear this powerful booming voice full of inspiration. Kind of like the guy who did the line for the SNES game "The Avengers" when you get a game over they have Cap yell "AMERICA STILL NEEDS YOUR HELP!"

Well...this isn't exactly what my comic character's sound like but...my inner monologue sounds strangely familiar to the guy who does Spider-Man from the animated series(the good one in the 90s, not the new MTV one). So I guess generic characters sound like him.

Many Spider-man characters share those voices, except in Ultimate.
In Ultimate it sounds more like the MTV Spidey.
X-Men, Batman, and Superman are all from their animated series. Except Rogue, she sounds more like her MvC2 voice. Deeper, and lower. And now Prof. X because goddamn Patrick Stewart fit.
But Magneto hasn't changed despite Ian McKellen being such an awesome choice.
Deadpool sounds like X-Men Legends/Ultimate Alliance DP because he seems to fit the best.
Captain America has this deep authoritative voice. Iron Man, I'm the same with Xanatos/Johnathan Frakes.
I always wondered why a guy like Wolverine would be afraid of scorpions.
Seriously.

I just watched some of that Silver Surfer cartoon, and it had Thanos in it. Holy crap. I just threw up a little in my mouth. Thanos should sound like Unicron and Darth Vader's love child, not some pansy British fop.
Oh, and I think I told this story before GV existed, but I actually met Captain America when I was at submarine school in Connecticut. Not really, but this guy looked like fucking Steve Rogers, except perhaps a bit more muscular. So he provides Cap's voice for me in all my fantasies. And by fantasies I mean internal monologues whilst reading comics. And by internal monologues I mean cocks.

The character Xanatos reminded me of Tony Stark so thusly the connection. Nothing to do with Frakes other than his voice.
(Edit: Your words sting like daggers Briareos)

Same here, and Kevin Conroy for Batman too.

PARKER, YOU'RE FIRED! <-- My comic book podcast! Satan look here!
Hal Jordan gets generic action hero voice in my head, which is kinda fitting.
Oh and I can never get Rogue's accent right in my head...

I guess it's kind of like Gollum, but deeper, with a bit of Gravemind (Halo 2) thrown in, and I read him as holding his "s"s
But this description doesn't do it justice because I really like the voice that I read Miek in

You tell me she's not butch.
Weird. I know.
Wanna go get a mint?
Hell yes.
I agree with the X-Men cartoon voices except for wolverine, Hugh Jackman made me actually like Wolverine.
Fuck Halle Berry though, the cartoon voice actor perfectly captured Storm's warmth and her gravitas.
Tobey MacGuire sounds perfect as Spidey (fuck all you haters).
Oh, and Catwoman... You all know how I feel about Michelle Pfeifer's Catwoman.
Dear God that guy was hot.
And we all know Storm is Angelica Houston.
Cut it out.
