You only get the power if the only people on your proboard are your peeps. Any infiltrators (non-team members) and you don't get the power.

So, all these people who have let loose their affiliation have made it easier for people to fake that they are part of their network.

Another possibility, is that we could have neutrals that don't belong to a team, but that seems unlikely given each team could possibly have mafia, as in neutrals could also be on teams.

Might I suggest that each team announce how many people they have when they get their bonus power. Given this is based on the Olympics, it's possible the teams aren't even. Could also confirm if we have anyone that isn't part of a team.

I highly doubt most teams are going to get all 10 (8?) people because, you know, inactives and such, but we shouldn't be hampering each other at this early stage.
