Paint the Line / Gen Con Indy

Anyone know if Paint the Line is only available on the PA Store? I haven't found a single vendor carrying it at Gen Con. Side note: I realize Gamecon was the same weekend as Gen Con this year, but it would be pretty sweet if PA had some presence at Gen Con in the future.
