It's mostly a body weight issue. Chocolate is technically poison for everything, including humans, it's just it's so weak a poison the lethal dose is much higher than most humans could eat (if I remember my QI facts correctly the lethal dose for an average human is 22 pounds of the stuff). That said I have heard of smaller dogs like Jack Russels dying from managing to get at whole Easter eggs.

I don't think I've ever wanted a Japanese 360 game. Oh yeah, I loved Operation Darkness, but it didn't have an in-battle save, and that killed it for me.
Well the ps3 and vita will have niche import crowds because of lack of region coding hopefully the ps4 follows suit.
But now even the 3ds has region locking which is sad
