    Well, based on how the picture is labeled, maybe a Golden Pheasant (also called a Chinese Pheasant).

    The page that the picture is on lists it as a "Golden Chinese Pigeon", though a quick search doesn't turn up anything of that exact description.

    It's definitely not a male Golden Pheasant, however. Maybe a female?

    Ok. Take this how you will, I've taken Ornithology and I work in the lab of the Ornithology professor but fuck, bird are HARD to ID for me as they have all sorts of alternate plumage based on sex, time of year, maturity, etc. That being said I think what you have is a female Lady Amherst Pheasant. It may even be a hybrid between the Golden Pheasant and the Lady as they are commonly bred together in China.
