The creator is a friend of a friend, and I was just about to make a thread on the game. It helped me understand fractions more than school ever did. Everyone should try it once.

That was amazing, in defiance of my rather low expectations. You really do just have to go and have fun with it for yourself, however.

I think the

Underwater part is a parody of a very specific thing in indie games. Poorly-designed mazes with weird narration is definitely a trend.

But I thought the boxing stuff was funny, so I didn't really mind.

Somebody tell me how this helps you learn fractions. The game is fun but the fractions just seem to pop up and don't mean anything.

You didn't just beat @EvilBadman to making this thread; I was planning on making it soon too. Robert Yang has a blog post about this game which I more or less agree with. Frog Fractions is great.

That's what I wanted to do, but I can't figure out the commands for it. "fill can with goop" and "fill can with machine" do nothing.

My favorite fractions were

The ones in the text adventure, because nothing drives home the absurdity of the point system that some text adventures use like the double absurdity of getting the same fractions-as-points you got in droves for gobbling up bugs.
