having been in charge of these things before, unless you actually have some hold over these seven hundred people - like, as their boss - what's going to happen when you pipe up with "hey, I've set up this group!" is a handful of people register on your new site and then it dies

My biggest turn off in porn is low production values, I have found.
How hard would it be to pay some decent indie film director and actors to do some porn on, like, an 8 million dollar budget?
They actually address this pretty well.
Primarily in that Connor is kind of a dick to the Colonist Revolutionaries, and is helping them to serve his own purposes, and regularly gets pissed off at them about being hypocrites.
