Attempting to post in a thread that was just closed makes Firefox barf

This is probably not the most important thing in the world, given things like the timing required to make it happen, the fact that closed threads are by definition not important anymore, etc, but!

When attempting to post in a thread that has been closed since last refreshed, instead of getting what I'm assuming should be a nice little "no thanks, go somewhere else and post" box was instead a box that filled up half the screen and was composed of the thread itself. Additionally, the "You can use BBCode in your post" message decided to clone itself in the original window about half a dozen times.

I wish I could have screencapped it for you.

I don't think this is Firefox specific. Whenever this has happens to me Vanilla always seems to do something wacky (Opera 12.10, Ubuntu 12.04).
