Man, I hate that you can't intervene in your vassals wars with their vassals. The AI keeps getting glitched and having multi-generational wars. Which wouldn't be too bad except it's keeping me from changing succession law.

Crusader Kings?
Yep. All I want is to switch the Empire of Scandinavia from Gavelkind. But no, the duke of Baghdad has to running a 20 year war versus his vassals.
there's a scene in the last episode of american dad! that absolutely fucking killed me. it made me cringe and laugh so hard.
roger had just helped francine with something, and he gives her a call:
francine: it worked! i'm in!
roger: sorry dude, wrong number. you sound hot- how old are you?
francine: no, roger! it's me, francine!
roger, angry: you can't pretend to be a runaway teen for one minute? after all i've done for you!?
francine: i... i don't know what to say.
roger, affecting an uncomfortable teen voice: hi, my name's tyler. i'm 17, and i'm lost and cold, and... my parents don't understand. can you help me? i just need a warm bed for a few nights before i head to california to become a surf model.
it's so incredibly demented haha

@Drez St. Elsewhere was a show about an underfunded hospital in Boston. Rather than being about medical mysteries, it was more of a drama about the everyday lives of all these people who worked there, and was famous for being really well-written and intelligent about various social issues; the producers went on to create "Homicide: Life on the Streets" and "Oz." It was kind of ahead of its time - it's much more like a modern serial drama than most of the action or mystery stuff that was popular in the 80s. It also launched the careers of several actors, including a few you may have heard of. And it had great theme music:
The end was controversial, but it's really just kind of a gimmick out of left field, like the end of "Newhart." It wasn't actually a show about a kid and a snowglobe.

Like you can become the king of Leon, Castille, or Aragon provided you aren't one of those darn Muslims. But god forbid you try to form the kingdom of Navarra if you aren't Basque.

A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.

There are some people who go way too nuts with that shit. Like they include "Star Trek" because an actor turned up playing a character with the same first name as a character they played on "Cheers," or whatever.
I do love how like over half of the Westphall universe is accounted for by John Munch.

I made an unmixed tape of this song for someone once. I burned this song 7 times on repeat and gave it to her.
That was...probably very creepy.
I think this song is pretty haunting.

There was some sort of boy band. And a cat up Roger's ass. And a fart machine. I am not sure about anything anymore.
On the other hand, you may have found yourself wishing you had taken that 2nd piece of chicken.

You can't claim to be the king of Greece unless you are Greek for instance. It's entirely random and there are no alternative titles for non-greeks.

That's really creepy, to think about those shows like that.
Ahhh.
Sorry. Thought you were talking about like, book titles. Not Crusader Kings.
I see though. That does sound a bit unwieldy.

Ah, right. We haven't hit our home data allowance for quite some time. No time to watch anything.
I was pretty happy there's options below 2GB for a cell phone in Australia. I seriously doubted I would use more than a gig before.
Ah... I was so young and naive 5 months ago...
